Transportation

Property owners in Fraser are presented with several choices to move around without using a car. A majority of the houses for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are especially conducive to those who travel by foot; running day-to-day errands is very easy by walking, and there are also a fair number of businesses in proximity. Riding a bicycle is very popular in Fraser as bike-share stations are never more than a few blocks away, and there are a fair number of bike lanes. Travelling by public transit is convenient in Fraser by reason of a few nearby bus lines. However, cars are a rather poor medium of transportation in Fraser as it is challenging to access a place to park.

Services

It is straightforward to access both a general and a specialty grocery store by walking from any home in this neighbourhood. Moreover, there is usually a restaurant or cafe just around the corner.
