Transportation

Driving is a fairly good mode of transportation in this area. It is straightforward to come across a place to park. However, this part of Surrey is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. It is at times difficult for people walking to get around in Ocean Park since few common errands can be run on foot. However, Ocean Park is reasonably bicycling-friendly.

Services

The nearest supermarket in Ocean Park is typically only a reasonably short walk away. Residents benefit from a few restaurants and coffee shops as well. With respect to education, parents and their kids will welcome that wherever their home is located in this part of the city, primary schools are close by. In contrast, Ocean Park does not contain any high schools.

Character

Ocean Park is an excellent neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. This part of the city is very quiet, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic. Lastly, there are around 40 green spaces nearby for residents to enjoy, including Kwomais Point Park, and they are very well-spread out, making it very easy to reach them.
