Part of the Greater Victoria metropolitan area, Quadra is a neighbourhood within Saanich, British Columbia.

Transportation

Riding a bike is very common in this part of the municipality since Quadra features a reasonably good bicycling infrastructure. Quadra is also quite suitable for walking; meeting daily needs is convenient, and various businesses are quite close by. The public transit service in this part of Saanich is not particularly frequent. Nonetheless, house owners benefit from about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences. On the other hand, cars are a very good means of transportation in this neighbourhood. It is easy to park, and most houses for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway.

Services

Home buyers in this neighbourhood will welcome that a grocery store is always only a short walk away. Furthermore, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner, and residents are served by a few cafes as well.
