Situated within the Greater Prince George metropolitan area, Central Hart is a neighbourhood within Prince George, British Columbia.

Transportation

Central Hart is a very good part of Prince George for moving around by car. It is very convenient to access a place to park. In contrast, the public transit service in Central Hart is not very frequent. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. This part of the city is not very amenable to cycling as there are very few bike lanes, and riding is rendered strenuous by the typically sloping topography. Getting around as a pedestrian is also not very practical for property owners in this neighbourhood as carrying out daily needs is impractical without a vehicle.

Services

Central Hart does not have any high schools or primary schools. In terms of eating, purchasing one's groceries very often necessitates the use of a car in this part of Prince George. There are a few opportunities for those who value nearby restaurants.

Character

Central Hart is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a slower-paced atmosphere. There are approximately 10 green spaces nearby for residents to unwind in, including McMillan Creek Regional Park, and they are very well-situated, making them easy to reach. This neighbourhood is reasonably quiet overall, as the streets are generally calm.

Housing

In Central Hart, the majority of dwellings are single detached homes, while mobile homes make up most of the remaining housing stock. Roughly one third of properties in this neighbourhood were constructed between 1960 and 1980, while many of the remaining buildings were built in the 1980s and the 1990s.
