The neighbourhood of Silverhill can be found in the municipality of Mission, British Columbia, which is situated in the Abbotsford - Mission metropolitan area.

Transportation

Silverhill is an extremely convenient part of Mission for travelling by car. It is very easy to park. Silverhill is not very appropriate for cycling because the terrain is not very flat, and there are very few bike lanes. A majority of the houses for sale in this part of the municipality are located in places that are also not very conducive to people who like to travel by walking because almost no daily needs can be carried out without a vehicle.

Services

This area does not contain any high schools or primary schools. In addition, there are only a very small number of daycares and thus they can be a very long trip away. As far as eating is concerned, home buyers in this area almost always have to use a vehicle to reach the closest supermarket.

Character

Silverhill offers a slower-paced ambience. Silverhill is very quiet overall, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic. Parks aren't well-distributed, which makes them rather difficult to get to. Still, there are a few green spaces close by for residents to check out.
