Mission Urban is a neighbourhood within Mission, British Columbia, which is situated in the Abbotsford - Mission metropolitan area.

Transportation

This area is a fairly good part of Mission for moving around by car. Parking is generally easy. In contrast, the public transit system in this part of the municipality is not very convenient. Thankfully, there is the Mission City Station Unload Only and Mission City Station Westbound with access to the West Coast Express. Homeowners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are usually nearby. Most houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are not especially suitable for walking since carrying out day-to-day needs is at times difficult. Commuting by bicycle is also sometimes challenging in this area because there are few bike lanes, and cyclists encounter quite a few hills.

Services

Accessing the nearest supermarket by walking is practical for some, but not all, house buyers in this area. A small number of restaurants and coffee shops can be found as well. With regards to education, families will appreciate that wherever their house is situated in this area, schools and daycares are close by.

Character

Mission Urban offers a calm environment and will appeal to home buyers who enjoy spending time in green spaces. This area is very quiet overall, as the streets are especially tranquil. Finally, it is easy to get to green spaces from the majority of locations in the neighbourhood since there are about 20 of them nearby for residents to unwind in.
