Character

Home buyers who prefer a relaxed ambience will enjoy Keystone. Keystone is very good for those who like a quiet atmosphere, as the streets are usually very peaceful. Parks aren't well-located, which makes it rather difficult to get to them. Despite that, residents will be able to access parks in nearby neighbourhoods.

Housing

Homeowners occupy roughly 90% of the dwellings in the neighbourhood and the remainder are rented. The large proportion of single detached homes in the housing stock of this area is an important part of its character.
