Part of the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Windsor is a neighbourhood within Burnaby, British Columbia.

Transportation

This neighbourhood provides house buyers with the choice between different means of transportation. This area is quite transit friendly. Rapid transit stations, including Royal Oak Station @ Platform 2 and Royal Oak Station @ Platform 1 on the Expo Line, are ordinarily nearby from most residences in the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and it is especially convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most residences. A majority of the houses for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are also conducive to those who travel by foot; many common errands can be run on foot, and various businesses are reasonably close by. Windsor is quite bike-friendly because the cycling infrastructure is good.

A general and a specialty grocery store is always only a short walk away in Windsor. Likewise, those who like to dine in restaurants will have a good number of opportunities, for instance along Kingsway.
