West Central Valley is a neighbourhood within Burnaby, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Regardless of the means of transportation, it is reasonably easy to get around in West Central Valley. Property owners can rely on public transit to navigate this area by reason of a multitude of nearby rapid transit stations on the Millennium Line, and about 10 nearby bus lines. Many of the houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are also quite well-suited for those who travel by foot; running daily errands is convenient, and a variety of businesses are quite nearby. West Central Valley is bike-friendly as the cycling network is reasonably well-developed.

Services

It is straightforward to get to the nearest supermarket by walking in this part of the city. Furthermore, West Central Valley is a good place in which to eat out or go to a cafe. Concerning education, in this part of the city, parents and their schoolchildren will generally be able to reach schools and daycares by walking.

Character

There are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in West Central Valley, as well as some areas with a vibrant feel.
