The Southlands is a very convenient part of Delta for moving around by car. Finding a parking spot is quite easy. In contrast, the transit service in this area is rather poor. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically very close by. A majority of the houses for sale in this part of Delta are located in areas that are not especially conducive to those who like to get around by walking because few common errands can be run without a vehicle. On the other hand, The Southlands is reasonably amenable to bicycling.

Services
