Transportation

A majority of the homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are well-suited for pedestrians; many daily errands can be run without a car. The bicycle is a reasonably good means of transportation in Sunnyside Park since the bicycling network is fairly extensive. This area is not an especially pleasant part of Surrey for travelling by public transit. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is served by about 10 bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop.
