Transportation

Scottsdale-Heath is quite bike-friendly as the bicycling infrastructure is fairly good. Physically active house buyers will also be pleased with the reasonably walk-friendly character of this part of the municipality; many daily needs can be carried out on foot. The best method to navigate this neighbourhood is very often a car. The majority of real estate listings are a rather short drive from the nearest highway, and it is easy to park. On the other hand, commuting by transit can be sometimes challenging in this part of the municipality as a result of the low service level. Nevertheless, property owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most houses.

Services
