Transportation

Norgate is a fairly pleasant part of District of North Vancouver for pedestrians; carrying out daily needs is easy by walking, and a variety of businesses are close by. A good number of people in the area use their bicycle as the cycling network is quite comprehensive. Commuting by car is straightforward in Norgate. Coming across a parking spot is quite easy, and many homes for sale are a rather short car ride from the closest highway. In contrast, residents using public transit may find few options in Norgate due to the infrequent service. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far from most residences.

Services

Parents and their schoolchildren will value the proximity to primary schools and daycares, which are within walking distance from vast majority properties for sale in Norgate.
