This part of the community provides property owners with the choice between different modes of transportation. The reasonably good public transit access allows people to get to many destinations without needing a car by reason of a few nearby bus lines. A majority of the homes for sale in this part of the community are located in places that are also convenient for those who travel by foot, although common amenities such as post offices or banks can be an occasionally long walk away. Hampton Place is an extremely pleasant part of University Endowment Lands for cyclists. More precisely, this part of the community has an excellent cycling infrastructure, and bike-share stations are hardly ever more than a short distance away.
