Located within the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, East Campus is a neighbourhood within University Endowment Lands, British Columbia.

Transportation

East Campus will attract home buyers that value various modes of transportation. With a few nearby bus lines, this part of University Endowment Lands is very transit friendly. Many of the homes for sale in this area are located in places that are also fairly well-suited for those who travel on foot, although common amenities such as banks or post offices can be a rather long distance away. Bicycling is very embraced in East Campus as there is always a bike-share station close by, and the cycling network is great.

Services

Schools and daycares are very convenient to reach without the need to get in a car from any location in East Campus. When it comes to eating, it is straightforward to access the closest supermarket by foot in this part of the community. Additionally, a coffee shop is typically a reasonably short trip away.

Character

East Campus is a reasonably good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a relaxed atmosphere. This area is quiet overall, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. Lastly, there are a few parks nearby for residents to unwind in and they are especially well-distributed, which results in them being very easy to access from the majority of locations within the neighbourhood.
