Located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Cove Cliff is a neighbourhood within District of North Vancouver, British Columbia.

Transportation

Cove Cliff is very car friendly. Parking is quite easy. In contrast, getting around by transit can be challenging in Cove Cliff due to the service's low frequency. Thankfully, homeowners have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily around the corner. A majority of the homes for sale in this area are located in places that are not very well-suited for people who prefer to travel on foot because very few daily needs can be met without a car. In contrast, cycling is convenient in this neighbourhood.

Services

Parents and their children will welcome that no matter where their house is located in Cove Cliff, schools and daycares are nearby. In terms of food, it is difficult to access the nearest grocery store on foot from most homes for sale in this part of District of North Vancouver. In addition, a coffee shop is typically a reasonably short stroll away.

Character

The character of Cove Cliff is exemplified by its slower-paced atmosphere. There are a few green spaces nearby for residents to visit, such as Myrtle Park, making them very easy to get to.
