Quadra is a neighbourhood within Saanich, British Columbia, which is situated in the Greater Victoria metropolitan area.

Transportation

Quadra will draw home buyers who appreciate being in a community that's walkable because it is walking-friendly; meeting daily needs is convenient without a car, and there are also a good number of businesses close by. Riding a bike is very prevalent in Quadra as the bicycling network is well-developed. The transit system in this neighbourhood is not particularly practical. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is connected by around 10 bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily very close by. In contrast, Quadra is very car friendly. It is a rather short car ride to the closest highway from any home in this part of the municipality, and it is convenient to find a place to park.
