North Quadra is a neighbourhood within Saanich, British Columbia, which is situated in the Greater Victoria metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are an excellent mode of transportation in North Quadra. Accessing a place to park is quite easy, and many properties for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway. On the other hand, North Quadra is not an especially pleasant part of Saanich for moving around by public transit. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and bus stops are commonly nearby. Walking in North Quadra is not very popular, even though many daily needs can be carried out on foot. On the other hand, active home buyers will value the bike-friendly character of this neighbourhood. More precisely, there are a fair number of bike lanes.

Services

Daycares and schools are straightforward to reach on foot from any location in this part of the municipality. Residents benefit from public and private elementary schools. Finally, a lot of locations in the neighbourhood have good access to public green spaces, such as Beckwith Park and Christmas Hill Nature Sanctuary, since there are around 10 of them nearby for residents to visit.
