Jubilee is a fairly good community for environmentally friendly transportation options. Jubilee features a good public transit system as a consequence of about 10 nearby bus lines. Active house buyers will also appreciate the very walk-friendly nature of Jubilee; meeting daily needs is easy, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Countless residents in the area use their bike as the bicycling network is good.

The closest grocery store in Jubilee is generally only a very short walk away. Likewise, there are a fair number of opportunities for those who value nearby restaurants and cafes. As far as education is concerned, it is a short walk to access schools and daycares from anywhere in this community. At the primary level, there are both public and private schools.

Character

Jubilee is a fairly good community to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm ambience. It is very easy to access parks since there are about 10 of them close by for residents to discover. The noise levels in this area are also low, as the streets are usually reasonably peaceful - although there are still several louder sections, especially closer to the airport (Victoria (Royal Jubilee Hospital) Heliport).
