Transportation

The bicycle is a reasonably good means of transportation in Downtown. Public transit users may have few options in Downtown by reason of the low service level. Thankfully, homeowners have access to a few bus lines, and it is especially convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most homes. In contrast, driving is a reasonably good means of transportation in Downtown. It is very easy to come across a parking spot.

Services

The closest supermarket in this area is generally only a short stroll away. Moreover, house buyers won't have to go far to take advantage of the nearest cafe, and a limited number of restaurants can be found in Downtown as well.
