Transportation

The bicycle is a reasonably good means of transportation in Downtown. Most homes for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are also moderately conducive to people who like to travel as pedestrians; meeting daily needs is easy without a vehicle, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Public transit users may have few options in Downtown by reason of the low service level. Thankfully, homeowners have access to a few bus lines, and it is especially convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most homes. In contrast, driving is a reasonably good means of transportation in Downtown. It is very easy to come across a parking spot.

Services

The closest supermarket in this area is generally only a short stroll away. Moreover, house buyers won't have to go far to take advantage of the nearest cafe, and a limited number of restaurants can be found in Downtown as well. The character of Downtown is exemplified by its slower-paced environment.
