Situated within the Greater Kamloops metropolitan area, Downtown Kamloops is a neighbourhood within Kamloops, British Columbia.

Transportation

Walking is reasonably feasible for house buyers in Downtown; many daily errands can be run without a car, and there are also a fair number of businesses nearby. This area is also fairly suited for cycling. Commuting by public transit is at times difficult in Downtown. Nevertheless, property owners have access to around 10 bus lines, and it is very convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most residences. However, Downtown is very car friendly. Finding a parking spot is quite easy, and many houses for sale are a rather short drive from the closest highway.

Services

The nearest grocery store in Downtown is typically only a rather short distance away. Additionally, house buyers won't have to look far to take advantage of the closest coffee shop, and a small number of restaurants are available in this part of Kamloops as well.
