Transportation

Lynnmour North permits property owners to get around using several alternative modes of transportation. This neighbourhood is a fairly pleasant part of District of North Vancouver for getting around by public transit. For instance, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and it is especially convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most properties. Lynnmour North will also draw active people because it is suited for bicycling. For instance, the cycling infrastructure is reasonably good. A majority of the homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are not especially well-suited for people who like to travel on foot since few common errands can be run without a car. In contrast, driving is an excellent transportation option in Lynnmour North. About 85% of the units in the neighbourhood are occupied by homeowners whereas the remainder are rented. This neighbourhood is primarily composed of two bedroom and three bedroom homes.
