The community of Ladner is part of the municipality of Delta, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

The favoured transportation option in Ladner is usually driving. Most homes for sale are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway, and it is convenient to park. In contrast, the public transit service in Ladner is not very frequent. Nonetheless, the community is connected by a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop.
