Part of the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Cape Horn is a neighbourhood within Coquitlam, British Columbia.

Transportation

Cars are a great transportation option in Cape Horn. It is convenient to access a place to park, and most properties for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Highway 7 Offramp. However, the public transit service in this neighbourhood is not very frequent. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are usually around the corner. This part of the city is not especially convenient for people who prefer to travel by walking because carrying out daily needs is sometimes challenging without a car. In contrast, Cape Horn is rather cycling-friendly.

Services

Property owners in this neighbourhood will be pleased to learn that a grocery store is always only a rather short distance away. Residents benefit from around 10 restaurants and coffee shops as well. With regards to education, families will appreciate that wherever their home is situated in this area, schools and daycares are nearby.

Character

The noise levels in this neighbourhood are also very low, as the streets are generally very peaceful around Trans-Canada Highway or Highway 7 Offramp.
