Situated within the Greater Chilliwack metropolitan area, Vedder is a neighbourhood in Chilliwack, British Columbia.

Transportation

The car is often the favoured approach to navigate Vedder. It is convenient to find a parking spot. However, Vedder is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, property owners have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most residences. A majority of the homes for sale in this area are located in places that are not especially convenient for pedestrians as few daily errands can be run without a car. In contrast, this part of the city is cycling-friendly.

Services

In Vedder, parents and their kids will usually be able to access both primary and secondary schools on foot. In contrast, it can be challenging to get to daycares as a pedestrian. In terms of food, it is generally possible for house buyers in Vedder to do groceries without needing a car. There are also a limited number of opportunities for those who care about restaurants and cafes within a short distance.

Character
