Fairfield

The neighbourhood of Fairfield is part of the city of Chilliwack, British Columbia, which is situated in the Greater Chilliwack metropolitan area.

Transportation

Fairfield is very car friendly. Parking is generally easy. On the other hand, travelling by public transit is challenging in Fairfield. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. The bicycle is a fairly good method of transportation in Fairfield as there are few hills to challenge bike riders. Many of the homes for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are not very conducive to walking because very few common errands can be run without the use of a car.

Services

Daycares and primary schools are easy to get to on foot from most properties for sale in this part of Chilliwack. In contrast, there are no high schools in Fairfield. Concerning eating, it is convenient to get to the closest supermarket by walking from any home in this part of the city.

Character

Fairfield is excellent for those who need a quiet atmosphere, as the streets tend to be especially peaceful. Parks aren't well-distributed, which makes them very difficult to reach from most locations within this part of Chilliwack.
