Transportation

Many of the houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are reasonably conducive to people who prefer to travel as pedestrians; many common errands can be run without the use of a car, and plenty of businesses are moderately close by. Biking is also easy in this area as the bicycling network is rather extensive. Clearbrook is not an especially convenient part of Abbotsford for moving around by public transit. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. On the other hand, cars are a very good transportation option in Clearbrook. It is easy to come across a place to park, and the majority of real estate listings are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway.

Services

It is straightforward to get to the nearest grocery store by foot in this part of the city. Moreover, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner, and house buyers are served by a few cafes as well.
