Luke Geleynse

I’m Luke Geleynse, a builder, developer, and real-estate professional serving Eastern Ontario. My work spans farms, commercial properties, and residential homes—but what makes me different is that I’ve built the kind of properties I now sell. I know what’s behind the walls, under the floors, and in the ground. From my late teens I was immersed in construction—designing and directing projects, handling plumbing, electrical, and excavation. I’ve built and renovated in Ontario, the Caribbean, and the Sahara Desert, where I managed solar and wind systems supporting remote teams. Later, I owned an excavation company for seven years, which taught me every lesson there is about cost, accountability, and execution. Those experiences shaped how I manage real-estate today: with discipline, documentation, and clarity. Over time I’ve helped design and construct more than 15 residential and commercial buildings in Eastern Ontario and still live in the home I built myself. I know this region’s soil types, severance rules
