With more than 15 years in hospitality, Michelle thrives on building meaningful connections and creating memorable experiences. Her career as a Red Seal chef and pastry chef, followed by recruitment in the hospitality industry, taught her the importance of trust, clear communication, and attention to detail; skills that have shaped her winning habits in real estate. Originally from Nova Scotia, Michelle spent a decade in Tofino at the Wickaninnish Inn before making Victoria her home in 2024. Living in Esquimalt, she’s quickly getting to know the diverse neighbourhoods of the city while bringing her client-first approach to buyers and sellers alike. Michelle believes in guiding clients with patience, transparency, and organization. She takes the time to explain each step in detail, ensuring her clients have the knowledge they need to make the best decisions for themselves. Genuine listening and problem-solving are at the heart of how she works, with a focus on making the process as easy and enjoyable as possible. When she’s not working with clients, Michelle can be found cooking with her husband, exploring new restaurants (and revisiting beloved favourites), or spending time with friends and family.
