When we first met Brett he was starting out in the real-estate business. I still remember our first encounter; we had contacted Brett to show us an acreage and unfortunately it wasn't the one. I told Brett that we ( my wife and I) could probably have to see 40 - 50 houses/acreages before we found the right one. I think that scared him a little bit, but Brett was a trooper. We would call him to see property after property and we weren't able to find the right one. Brett kept slugging away to help us find the perfect home. We ended up buying a home/acreage through a private sell. When we informed him that we found the "one", he offered his services to make the transaction proceed flawlessly.
