I'm a REALTOR and lifelong Guelphite who has spent the past two years in the real estate investment business. I have hands-on experience using different investment strategies to build wealth and generate profit through real estate; from Airbnb to the 'BRRR' model. My goal as a realtor is to help first-time home buyers get into the real estate market with creative solutions and investment strategies, and to help sellers get top dollar for their property.
