I am honored to be able to assist my clients with their real estate needs. Whether that's buying, selling, investing or relocating.In my previous life, I was a journeyman plumber, I then ventured into Residential renovations and had a company since 2011 called 'Built With Pride Construction. Our niche market was legal basement suites. From there, I eventually started investing in real estate personally and flipping homes. Eventually, after finding most deals myself well agents made all the commissions, I decided to pursue my realtors license. I have always had a passion for real estate and it's something I've wanted to do for a long time. I enjoy working with investors and implementing various investment strategies, including flipping, value add's, long-term buy n holds, BRRRR's, turn-key rentals and creative strategies. I also collaborate with wholesalers and other agents, often finding off-market deals. I will always be open and honest with my clients, even if it costs me a potential sale. this is why my mission statement is, "I have your best interests in mind, at all times". For me, it's not about the sale, It's about giving honest advice, building trust and looking after my clients best interests.
