With a background as a real estate developer, a new home builder, and a former home inspector, I have the knowledge and experience to ensure your transaction goes smoothly. My interest in real estate began in 1997 when I became a licensed Home Builder at the age of 24. Over the years, I have renovated and built a number of strata character conversion condominiums in the Municipality of Victoria. I have also owned the iconic Roxy Theatre on Quadra Street and the heritage Rennie and Taylor Apartment building in Fernwood. Since obtaining my BC Home Inspection license in 2012, I have performed over a thousand home inspections in Greater Victoria. I have built strong relationships with a variety of highly respected Realtors, as well as industry professionals such as tradespeople, mortgage brokers, local government officials, lawyers, notaries, and appraisers.
