Kris Ricci is excited to call Victoria his home after leaving the cold city life of Edmonton and embracing all that Vancouver Island has to offer. The ocean air, scenery, active lifestyle, and friendly people have confirmed why Kris’s growing family of four is so proud to call Victoria home. Kris was born in Edmonton and spent his adolescence in Toronto where he gained a true appreciation and ability to connect with all of the various cultures this country has to offer. He studied business at UVIC and moved back to Edmonton to complete his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Alberta where he majored in finance and minored in investments/portfolio management. While completing his final year in university he entered the world of sales in the automotive sector. After thriving in sales, he graduated to management, and secured an ownership stake in his own dealership. During this 20 year career in the automotive industry, Kris developed and fine tuned his skill set to successfully manage his own business. Kris brings business acumen, a competitive/hard working spirit, superb negotiating skills, a passion for real estate, and an approachable mindset. He’s driven by results and is able to adapt to all types of personalities and situations. From his professional experience he’s negotiated and closed thousands of deals so he has a clear understanding how to negotiate effectively. Outside of real estate, Kris loves to spend time with his family which keeps him grounded and grateful. His passions include; hockey, cooking, skiing, golf, running, jamming on his drum kit, and exploring what this stunning island has to offer. He also enjoys a glass of red wine or a single malt while sharing stories with lifelong and new friends.
