Richa Ledingham

Born and raised in India, Richa came to Canada in 2016 to pursue her Masters in Business at Sobey School of Business. Although trained in fashion, the majority of her experience in the last decade has been in real estate development in India and now Halifax. With an eye for detail and design, she has helped many friends and family to envision their new homes. She is a proud supporter of her community and for over 10 years, she acted as a leader in several capacities. She founded a charitable trust in India that built a Walk-in clinic to provide "free of cost" services for people in need. She is always helping people and encouraging them. She found her true calling in real estate; by serving her clients and guiding them through one of their biggest investments of their lives. In her free time, Richa likes to travel, read, and explore new neighborhoods in and around Nova Scotia.
