Carrie's path into real estate is built on nearly 20 years of experience in sales and leadership roles within the financial industry. Her career began in pharmaceuticals, moved into banking, and eventually led her to lead a top performing commercial lending sales team. Specializing in commercial financing, property lending, and construction loans, she developed a strong understanding of the financial structures that drive real estate decisions. This expertise, combined with her passion for property and renovation, made her transition into real estate a natural next step. Today, Carrie is a highly respected Vancouver real estate matchmaker known for her strategic and client focused approach. Her dedication to exceptional service has earned her Medallion Status with the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board (top 10 percent). She works throughout Vancouvers most vibrant urban neighborhoods, including Kitsilano, Yaletown, the West End, the Downtown Core, and Mount Pleasant. Having personally bought, sold, and renovated multiple properties, she understands both the emotional and financial sides of the process and helps clients find not just a home, but the right home. She loves trail running, practicing and teaching yoga, and exploring BC's mountains and beaches with her labradoodle, Parker.
