Hello! I'm Angela Forgeron, a Nova Scotia REALTOR based in Halifax Regional Municipality. A bit about me: I pivoted to real estate after nearly 30 years in journalism. Raised in Nova Scotia, I moved to Toronto for university and worked at Canada's largest newspapers (when newspapers were a thing!) including National Post, the Toronto Sun and the Toronto Star. I grew up with a love of cars, and followed that passion as one of the first female autojournalists in Canada. I was fortunate to travel the world for nearly 10 years test driving new vehicles, on open roads and racetracks. In 2008 I joined Microsoft where I managed the most-visited automotive site in Canada, MSN Autos. I pivoted roles several times, including managing a $25-million annual revenue budget, until I left MSN Canada after 12 years. In 2019 I moved back to Nova Scotia (my born and raised Ontario family in tow), and built our dream home in Colby South. With my husband, two children, and two (pandemic) pups, we enjoy adventures across Nova Scotia. We also love cruises, new restaurants, walking trails, beaches -- and anywhere with a great sunset. I'm proud of my real estate accomplishments, and I'm always looking ahead at how to do things better for my clients. I love working with first-time buyers and families. I also consider myself an Ontario relocation expert as orchestrated my own family's move ahead of the pandemic rush to Nova Scotia.
