Herman Ansink

My name is Herman Ansink and I was born in the Netherlands but have called Canada my home for 30 years. After a long career in the Film and Television industry, I switched careers and became a Realtor to further my real passion: Real Estate. I love interacting with people and helping them sell and/or buy their next (or first!) home. Nothing is more rewarding than handing over the keys to a first-time home buyer! I own investment properties myself, so I know what to look for and how to advise investors on their potential purchase. I listen to my clients and will always put their interests first. I’m hard working, loyal, patient, and punctual. I also carry the SRES designation which stands for Seniors Real Estate Specialist, taking special care helping seniors with their often unique Real Estate needs. I am a local Real Estate agent serving the Edmonton and surrounding areas (Sherwood Park, Leduc, St. Albert, Beaumont, Spruce Grove and Stony Plain). I have helped many clients in both buying and selling and am very passionate about helping people. I’m happily married and have two children who are embarking on their own careers. I’m active in my church community and have volunteered at several large sporting events. After we moved into a condo, I became a condo board member to gain more insight into the workings of condo corporations and to also be better equipped to advice condo purchasers.My hobbies are hiking, biking, wine making and photography. I have a nice collection of antique cameras, and like nothing better than putting a roll of film in them and taking pictures of Alberta’s great landscapes.Whether you are selling your home for the first or fifth time, I am here to help you.
