Vince has been buying and selling real estate for nearly 35 years and licensed in Ontario since 2002. Personally, he has owned and sold close to fifty single residential units, cottages, condos and co-ops. He speaks from experience, as both the buyer and seller. He focuses on specialty projects working one on one with investors, buyers and sellers. Vince is also a writer/producer and TV host, most notably on Cottage Life Television, The Weekend, Dini Petty Show, Real Life and Canada AM.
