He's really good at finding a house for us. He knew what to look for, whether the house was still okay or has potential. He's also patient during viewings, even if it's past 7 pm, he would still let us see one or two houses. He was very patient and honest with us. And he helped us alot too. He went above and beyond! Marc was my realtor and it was a great experience. He was always available to answer any questions and showed the houses very well. More importantly he was honest when there were issues. I had a friend show me their house they were selling and they sent their realtor to show me.. let’s just say the realtor was awful in comparison to Marc.
