Chase Marchand

Chase was born and raised in Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia and is a proud ambassador for Halifax and the beautiful province of Nova Scotia that he proudly calls home. His passion and knowledge of real estate started at a very early age and stems from his family roots. Having grown up with his father running the family business, Ramar Homes, one of the largest builders in HRM, Chase naturally has always had a love for homes and helping people.Chase was accepted to St. Francis Xavier University where he obtained a degree in Business Management in only 3 years while playing hockey as a goaltender for the St.FX X-Men. Never a man to let grass grow under his feet, Chase possesses a tenacity for learning, reaches for the next goal and has an engrained love for sport. After completing his degree, Chase decided to pursue an opportunity to play professional hockey in the US, and while he loved his opportunities and success, he wanted to return home and follow his second passion, real estate.Throughout all of Chases academic and athletic successes, he learned the importance of teamwork, hard work and dedication, all wonderful qualities that he now brings to his real estate career, benefitting his many clients. In his spare time, Chase enjoys living an active and healthy lifestyle, through weightliftingand playing hockey.Chase is an excellent fit for the Engel and Völkers culture as he truly understands the need for the professional approach every time, and the importance of quality service for his clients to achieve their real estate dreams. His also believes in giving back to the community and spends time helping the local hockey community where he is involved in coaching minor hockey.
