I would like to thank Mike for his assistance and expertise. As a first time home seller, Mike was quite knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire selling process to us. From the beginning he was patience and made sure that we were on the same page with what we were wanting and needed. I found Mike to be easy to communicate with and always available as my schedule changed from one day to the next. Mike was professional at all times and ensured quality work such as listing details, meetings and viewing times, and the photos which included a 360 degree house tour and aerial drone photos. A factor that went into our decision to work with Mike over other realtors was that he explained his marketing plan with me during the first visit and I could see the effort he was willing to put in to ensure that my house sold. Mike also has a friendly and welcoming personalitly which made it all the easier to work with him! Thank you Mike!
