Over the past 3 years, I’ve worked with Hilda Chan a few times including buy/sell property transactions and leasing out a rental unit.
She has done a terrific job each time. I like that she is patient, and efficient. She has helped my family a lot with in regards to real estate dealings. All our issues and inquiries were answered in a timely and professional manner. She is great at what she does. She is able to speak Cantonese so it is easy to communicate with the parents.

Hilda has been a blessing to us for the last several years and is a true professional in her realm. She is well aware of constant changing market trends and will adapt to all your real estate needs. While the jobs we tasked her with were nothing glamorous, they each had their own challenges. She executed the deals from both buying and selling perspectives with great care. I want to thank her personally for helping my parents downsize their fixer-upper house during a stressful pandemic period. I cannot say enough about how awesome Hilda is. I've used her for 5 real estate transactions over the past 3 years and wouldn't even consider calling anyone else. I know with certainty that she will look out for my best interests and is more interested in being an amazing and honest agent over simply making a purchase or sale.
