This was my first experience with this agent and I will definitely be listing with her again in the future. I interviewed four agents and she won the listing based on her knowledge, track record, offering and sincerity.
Her and her team did well beyond the typical open house and "marketing". This included staging, offering moving and trade services before listing, extensive networking within and outside the local agent community and multi layered marketing.
Our home sold for a fair price in a tough market thanks to her efforts (as mentioned above), diligence, persistence and negotiating skills.
Candice listens to the client, offers sound feedback and executes very well.

We very recently (October 2024) listed and sold a house in North York. For personal reasons, we did not wish to erect a sign on the lawn, nor have any open houses. All advertising was to be via the internet only, and we wished to have an offer received in three weeks if at all possible.
Candice and Angel were able to comply with our requests, and we received an acceptable offer in just over three weeks. We were very pleased with the communication between all parties, and the ability of Candice to work with our non-standard requirements.
At the end of the day, the house closed very quickly in our time frame.
