Scarlett was a wonderful realtor and very helpful in finding us our first home. I really appreciate how fast she was at getting back to us and answering all our questions. As first time home buyers in a very competitive market, Scarlett was able to answer all of our questions and get all our paperwork and offer completed in a very quick timeline. Good communication is the most important quality to us as first-time home buyers, we had lots of questions and needed lots of guidance through the processes from showings, putting an offer in, and closing. Scarlett was able to guide us through all these processes and made us feel very comfortable throughout all these processes.

Her continued updates were great to let me know what people thought of my place when it was for sale. She explained everything to me very well and her recommendation of a lawyer was great too!

Purchasing from out of town poses challenges, but when we weren't able to make it out to the property in time for a viewing, Scarlett went ABOVE and beyond to review the house with us over Facetime to make sure we saw all aspects of the home in detail. She was also incredibly knowledgable about what to look for/at within the house, and wasn't afraid to get into the small corners of the property for us! Scarlett went above and beyond for us to help us purchase a home. The home wasn't even in her "district" and yet she researched the area and found out as much information for us that she could. We were thrilled that she went out of her "Neighbourhood" to help us. We've dealt with realtors in the past that basically told us it wasn't their territory so "good luck". We have had one recommend a realtor in the area we were looking but Scarlett actually showed us the property and we are very grateful. We trust her completely and know that she is looking out for us and our needs. Never met a more dedicated, hard working realtor (or person) in our lives. SUPERWOMAN SHE IS! She walked me through the whole process and protected me in the contract. She explained everything in the contract many times so I knew exactly what I was doing. She explained several strategies when dealing with offers and showings. She got things lined up with the right professionals that are just as great as her.
