We were in a challenging situation. Paul was the champion we needed. Previous realtors had assessed our house at 300k lower than what Paul thought the market could bear. His read on the market was spot on, as we sold for exactly what he thought we would get. Finding the new property was equally challenging, as we are a multi-generational, needed a flat lot, have very high expectations for design, and wanted to be close to great schools. Throughout the process, Paul brought advice that spoke to the different anxieties and concerns that each of the family members had. He was a calm, measured voice amidst a chaotic time in our lives. Paul knew that earning the trust of our family was critical to getting us all to agree on things. He had reams of data (great for this excel nerd) to support his position, he had a deep knowledge of the area that spanned decades, and he was always present and available. I would highly recommend Paul. I rarely experience his level of professionalism and integrity in any of the businesses I'm in, and it was a pleasant surprise to say the least.
