Throughout the process of listing and selling our home and then buying another, Wade was incredibly communicative, realistic, and supportive. He helped us match our expectations with what is happening in the current market. His experience and knowledge of Kelowna and area really shines. He showed that he genuinely cares about our desires and limitations. Wade's negotiation skills with both transactions exceeded our expectations and we were extremely pleased with both results.
