This is not a pre purchased google review, this is real experience with Raman, I have been using another relator for over 20 years, that realtor has been in business over 40 years , we were very confident that agent will be able to sell/rent single home , which is very good condition. The house was on market for some time with no movement, we lost the rent about 3500 monthly and the bank payment close to 4 per month. Then we decided to change, and we signed up the Raman.
His passion speaks and in short - he got the house rented in Less than 2 weeks , Yes less than 2 weeks.

We had a great overall experience working with Ramandeep for selling our single detached house. Despite the very challenging market situation he was able to get us offers which were OVER ASKING and closed the deal within a week of us listing the house. Few of the houses on our street equivalent to our house were sold at much lower price. After moving back to Ottawa, I got in touch with Mr.Ramandeep Kapoor as my real estate agent. I was initially planning to look for some properties for long time to know more about the market and its trends. But it was not needed anymore as Mr.Ramandeep's knowledge was awesome and the way he explained everything to me, I got all the information I needed very clearly.
After this, Mr.Ramandeep talked with me in detail about my need and wish about the property. He then gave me some more points to look and how it can help me get the better worth for my money while fulfilling my needs.
He then started looking for potential properties for me. Honestly, I was also looking for properties online, but the properties he pointed to me were exactly what I needed and way better than what I was looking for. After looking at few properties, we saw a property that he said I might like and man did I like it. I entered the property and I knew this the property for me.
After that Mr.Ramandeep contacted the sellers agent the next day and made my offer the same day. He even negotiated for me to give me the best possible price. I didnt knew that the process can be that fast. He always had the foot on the pedal and didnt take any time to start the process and forwarding my offer, which I believe really helped me get the property.
After that I didn't know how it happened really. He took care of everything and guided me on few things which I had to do myself. The process was so smooth, I didn't believe that I am buying a house for the first time. I was afraid that the process will be complicated but Mr.Ramandeep proved it wrong.
He accompanied me during the inspection and made sure it went smoothly and even pointed me toward things to see when buying a property. He was always in sync with my lawyer and sellers agent to make sure there is no problem and kept me in loop of what was happening. This made my life so much easier.
Even after the sale, he kept in touch to make sure everything is fine and if I needed something or if I have some concerns.
