Aileen Eakins

Aileen has been a resident of Victoria for the past twenty-five years. She was born and raised in Vancouver, is a graduate of BCIT, in Administrative Management. She also holds a certificate in Health and Wellness from Simon Fraser. She has two daughters, Cait and Maggie, and a very sweet grandson! If you ask her, she will tell you the island is magical. Before entering the Real Estate profession, Aileen worked for Beauty Systems Group Canada for almost 20 years as a top producing representative selling professional salon products. She also started a consulting company with a partner called The Profitable Salon Owner and has written a success manual for that industry. She is considered a customer service expert. It's the exceptional customer service offered by Jim LeBlanc and Scott Piercy of Engel & Völkers that inspired Aileen to join this boutique brokerage. Aileen has had a varied career that matches her entrepreneurial spirit. She has owned retail stores, a fitness company, and a consulting company.
