Born and raised in Regina, Samantha has established a successful 13-year career working in various areas of real estate. She began this journey with a new home builder in 2011 and shortly thereafter she was working as an independent agent. Samantha took a short leave from residential real estate to explore corporate real estate before joining the Ackerman & Co team. Samantha brings unwavering integrity and honesty, and values strong relationships with clients, many of which have become friends. The solid foundation of her work is built on investing time and energy into fully understanding her clients expectations and needs and maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the process. Samanthas approach is client focused, she is committed to representing and advocating for her clients best interest and ensuring her clients are positioned to make informed decisions when buying or selling their home. Samantha brings a wealth of knowledge and expert advice to facilitate an efficient and seamless purchase or sale of your home. Alongside her residential real estate career, Samantha also owns a successful design and home renovation business, Willoak Homes. Samanthas extensive real estate experience combined with her design and construction knowledge is advantageous to her clients whether they are buying or selling a home. If Samantha is not working with her clients, shes busy raising two active young girls, enjoying some quiet time reading a book, taking in the outdoors, or socializing with family and friends.
